We get so wrapped up in daily parenting that we sometimes forget to look at the big picture. This class is a chance to step back and take a deep breath. With the inspiration and guidance of experienced meditation instructors, both kids and adults will learn, discuss, ask questions, and practice simple meditations. The kids class will emphasize mindfulness, patience and developing a kind heart. Children will learn basic meditation techniques through practice, storytelling and art. Saturday, November 21st, 10:00 a.m.-1:00p.m.
