1. Click on the date, click either "Create" daily event; or for an event covering more than a single date, select "Duration" at the top right of the box at the top of the page. 2. On the entry screen, enter event information in the Calendar Text box. 3. IMPORTANT: Please enter your name and contact information in the "Popup Text or URL link" text box. 4. You may designate times at the drop down boxes to the right of the text box. 5. IMPORTANT: Select a "Category" from the drop down box: (this determines which room you are reserving). The categories are color coded (see Key at right). 6. When finished, click "Submit" NOTE: If you need to cancel or make changes to a scheduled event, call Carol at 256-716-2142 or via email.
